Class Level Descriptions:

  • Level 1-This is the best place for Beginner’s to get started in their yoga practice. Even though it is not the ONLY place, this is still where one will receive a great deal of education in alignment, purpose and meaning behind the practice of Yoga, names of the postures, etc.
      • Note: This is also suited for those that have not practice Yoga in some time.
  • Level 2- We move on to a more fluid style of Yoga. Whether you are holding poses in the Slow Flow class, or moving a bit quicker in the Hatha classes this is best suited for those that have some knowledge of the practice. You do not have to be advanced to participate in these classes, just comfortable enough with the postures to know your way around a mat :)
  • Level 3- Now this is where things get sweaty! These classes are best suited for students who feel comfortable to move quickly on the mat. These classes are strong, with a great deal of quick transitions. They are open to all intermediate and advanced students, and/ or those who are just plan dare devils.
