Make-Up Dates:
Due to the quantity of Cancellations for Snow and Instructor Illness we will be utilizing our scheduled Break Week as an opportunity to make up classes. If you are a Winter Session client (January 3 – February 12) and would like to attend one or several of the classes scheduled during our Break Week (February 14-19) please join us for FREE. Sorry for any inconvenience that our cancellations may have caused during this period of inclement weather and instructor illness.
Note: The class schedule for break week will be identical to the Winter Session Schedule.

Cancellation Notification Procedure:
- All cancellation decisions will be made at least 3 hours prior (when possible) to the scheduled Class, Event or Program
- Website: Notification will be posted on our website on the Cancellation Information Page
- Email: Notification will be sent via email to all clients whom have signed up for email notifications from elementsLife
- Facebook: Notification will be posted on our Facebook Fan page (visit and sign up as Fan if you would like updates in your FB feed)
Cancellation Policy & Procedure:
We strive to provide a consistent schedule of classes, services and events for our entire community, unfortunately it is some times necessary to cancel and reschedule due to the reasons listed below. If you have any questions about a Cancellation or our Cancellation Policy and Procedure, please contact Emily at 937.417.3208.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of an elementsLife cancellation due to Weather, Illness, Family Emergency or Schedule Conflict elementsLife will reschedule a make-up date and time to give all clients the opportunity to receive the full service agreed upon at the time of purchase (Classes, Events or Programs). Note: Client cancellations regarding Event or Program schedules will be considered on a case by case basis.
Due to Weather:
All Classes, Workshops and Program Sessions will be canceled due to following reasons:
- Darke County is under a Level 2 Snow Emergency or higher (declared by the Darke County Sheriff’s Department)
- elementsLife reserves the right to Cancel and Close the Studio based on our own judgment regarding the current and predicted road conditions (in the case that Darke County has not yet declared a snow emergency at the time of posting).
Due to Illness, Family Emergency or Schedule Conflict:
In the event that an instructor is not able to attend a scheduled Class, Event or Program we will attempt to fill the space with a substitute instructor. In the event that a substitute is not available…class will be canceled and a make-up class will be scheduled for a future date and time (this information will be passed along to all clients via Email, Facebook and posted in the “make-up” section above).

Notice: elementsLife reserves the right to make changes to the Cancellation Policy & Procedure at any time.
