With that in mind, we are committed to building our community by providing our Merchants with the Opportunities, Marketing and Business Support that will allow them to grow and succeed.

Marketing: The Marketing Plan for the Third Street Market will capture many distinct segments including:
- Organic, Natural & Locally grown and prepared food Merchants
- Artists, Artisans & Creative Merchants

- Workshops, Presentations & Events (our Merchants or Guest Presenters)

- Local (30 mi. radius): focused on convenience and daily sales
- Regional (110 mi. radius): focused on day trippers/experience
Events = Face to Face Marketing: Second Saturdays are a big day for elementsLife. The Yoga Studio and the Third Street Market are buzzing with events, workshops, special guests and opportunities. We encourage you to take part by manning your booth, offering special “Second Saturday” deals or exclusive products and or meeting with and interacting with our patrons to build brand and customer loyalty.

As a Merchant at the Third Street Market you will enjoy the freedom and benefits we offer to you and your business. Whether you plan to grow into your own brick and mortar space, develop an online presence or just want a place to promote and sell your wares…the Third Street Market is here to support your efforts.
-Business Incubator: Vendors will have access to our developing incubator program offering low or no cost business consulting, workshops, presentation, resources and information. Our hope is to help our Merchants accomplish their business goals by utilizing the growing list of resources available to them, but it is not a requirement…the Incubator program is an optional benefit!
-Business Exposure: Whether you have an existing business or this is your first attempt, the Third Street Market is a great way to promote your products and services within the region.
-Workshops, Presentations & Event Opportunities: You are welcome to share your skills or knowledge by developing your own workshop, presentation or event. The Workshop area located at the back of the Third Street Market is available by the hour (if you are charging admission) or at no charge if you offer it as a FREE program.
-Passive Sales: Through our Consignment Sales option you will be able to sell your products even when you aren’t in the building. Unlike the typical Farmer’s Market we give you the opportunity to leave your space and charge you a low 15% commission on each sale.
-Seasonal Opportunities: We will be changing the tone and mood of the Third Street Market to reflect the current season or holiday. Please feel free to reflect our efforts by keeping your booth fresh and seasonal. Also keep in mind that we will be merchandising our windows often and would like to include some of your wares as well.
-Low Overhead: Our Merchant Booth monthly rates include your space, utilities, exposure, marketing and promotion. We hope to remove many of the barriers that have been keeping you from succeeding by providing a comprehensive package of services.
