Kick off your Summer with our Session 1 Schedule. Packed with several new options including an Intermediate class for those ready to move on from Beginners and the Wake Up! morning class starting at 6:30 am. As always, you are welcome to sign up online by using the Mind-Body link found in the right column of our website or register by phone or in person. We are looking forward to another great Session and an awesome Summer.

Summer Creative Flow Vinyasa with Emily
Are you ready to shake things up a bit within your practice, and within your life? The focus of this Summer’s Creative Flow Semi-Private Program is Karma. We will be taking a good look at our life, our patterns, and the habits that prevent us moving forward. Five Years Strong…Thank You!
We had a great turn out for our 5 Year Celebration on Saturday, May 12th. We appreciate everyone that attended and or cheered us on as we practiced around town. The event ended with a potluck back at the Studio. Many thanks again…we feel very blessed to have such a strong and supportive community.
GARDENER’S MARKET EVERY SATURDAY
Thank you to everyone that attended the May 5th Gardener’s Market. It was a great opportunity to introduce everyone to Organic gardening products and methods. If you missed this event, please join us every Saturday on our sidewalk as we invite Merchants to join us to sell their wares. Each week will provide a new “mix” of Merchants, Non-Profit Organizations, Products and Services so be sure to make us part of your Saturday routine.

YOGA EVENT…
The Acro Yoga workshop has been moved to Saturday, July 14th at 9:00am – 12:00pm. We are excited to invite Elise and Bryan from Beatree Yoga in Richmond whom are Acro Yoga Certified Teacher’s (very few in this area of the country). Acro is a very playful style of Yoga where we will partner up and try all kinds of amazing “stunts” with Yoga Asana’s. It looks scary in the pictures, but is crazy fun. Join us for this very unique style of Yoga Saturday, July 14th. Cost is $25 in advance or $35 at the door. Registration is now open!
